At the Stephen Clay Homestead Bed & Breakfast you can plan your wedding or your special event according to your needs and budget. Our grounds can accommodate a 30'x70' tent, which seats approximately 120 guests. Our property consists of over 3 lovely acres of a well manicured lawn and several beautiful gardens that are magnificent for your special event photos.

We offer our complete property for your special event. The complete use of our property and gardens; the Bed and Breakfast, and The Concord Guest Suite to include: the complete first floor, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, the complete use of the full kitchen, large main dining room, screened porch, & the glass enclosed porch. Wi-Fi and central airconditioning.

The Concord Suite has two full bedrooms with a Queen Size bed, a double bed, a single bed and a pull-out couch. This suite also has a private bathroom, air conditioner, full closet, ironing board, tv, vcr, movie videos, and wall to wall carpet.

The Concord Suite also has beautiful views of the gardens on both sides of the suite. It has four large bay windows and has the best view in the house. This room is quite lovely and a perfect resting area, or dressing room for the bride and family.
